We started in 2005 on a small 32-foot fishing boat, drift net fishing in Bristol Bay, Alaska. Throughout our journey, we gained invaluable insights into how fish are handled and cared for from the moment they are caught until they reach the processing stage. This experience ignited a passion within us to improve those processes.

Last year, we made a significant leap by acquiring the Angie, a fully equipped at-sea processing boat. With this advancement, we’ve streamlined our operations, reducing the time it takes for a salmon to transition from being caught to a frozen fillet. While larger processing companies often take a week or more, we’ve cut that timeframe down to just 24-48 hours. This means fresher fish, better quality, and ultimately a more sustainable approach to fishing. We’re proud to share this journey with you as we continue to enhance the way seafood is processed and enjoyed.
